A distinguished public servant, whose contributions to the socio-economic development of disadvantaged persons especially SCs/STs in the country are well known. Since his retirement from Government of India, as Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development is active on issues relating to Social Discrimination, especially among Scheduled Castes and on Human Rights issues.

 

Mr. P. Gangadhar Rao
Managing Trustee

Served 36 years for persons with disabilities in Vocational Rehabilitation Centre as Senior Superintendent, possesses extensive experience and expertise on issues related to disability and has made significant contribution in training, employment and empowerment. His support and contribution have been highly appreciated by NGOs & CBOs working in disability sector.

 

Mr. B.N. Yugandhar

Currently positioned as Member in Planning Commission, Served in several capacities Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and Govt. of India as Director, LBS National Academy of Administration, Mussorie; Secretary Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India; Secretary to Prime Minister etc. After retirement from Indian Administrative Service has been active in Projects for Poverty Reduction, Capabilities development for Participation and Empowerment, and Training of Development Administrators.

 

Mr. T. Gopal Rao

Was responsible for nurturing' Commitments' during its formative years and providing it with support and reach in Andhra Pradesh. Currently active in Dalit issues and empowerment of disadvantaged and marginalized people.

 

Mr. K. Raju IAS

Currently working as Principal Secretary, Rural Development, Govt. of A.P. at Hyderabad, he did pioneering work as National Project Coordinator of South Asia Poverty Alleviation Project (SAPAP) and as Chief Executive Officer of Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), Hyderabad. A recognized expert on participatory development and sustainable development among the rural poor and the disadvantaged.

 

Mr. B. Rajashekar IAS

Currently working as a secretary, Govt. of A.P. at Hyderabad, he has developed strategies in poverty alleviation programmes of SERP, Hyderabad. Expertise on participatory development and sustainable development among the rural poor and the disadvantaged.

 

Mr. B. Venkatesh

Trainer and consultant on disability sector both national and international level. He has developed the significant strategies in the overall development of the persons with disabilities and facilities provided for implementing agencies with suitable strategies.
